I hope the policies don't scare people off! I really wanted the article to be small and simple, but all of a sudden realized that it takes more that 4 paragraphs to get the entire message through. Please everyone forgive me, but I really want to address everything I can in the shortest amount of time. I just don't want people to feel like they have to be directed to a bunch of policy links all over Wikia, on what is general or what applies to certain wikis.
